Hailing from Stuttgart, Germany - Hours brings a new unique and exciting sound to the 2651 imprint. Focusing on the more eclectic and euphoric Techno we all know and love from Germany, Hours by all means does not fail to supply.

“Tender Loin” takes you on a virtual journey to Berlin, with its progressive and uplifting synths and the eclectic stabs, almost gives you sense of a Tech House influence going through the whole duration of the track. The use of the main synth, almost sounding like a grooving printer scanner gives the track a more body grooving rhythm and is a definite hit for the club floors.

“Somnambulist” on the other hand brings the stand out Industrial Techno sound we know Hours for, with a sound almost distinct to Surgeon, Sigha, Henning Baer this track is full of energy, with its continuous bell like atmosphere progressing in the background and the pounding bass heavy kick drum which gives this track its inner demon.

With two remixes giving this EP a much more broader spectrum of sound and keeping within it’s Techno heart, we see Dissonance stepping in and putting his twist on “Tender Loin” with a more brighter, and atmospheric remix which will be sure to close down any club night. Violent, a new guy to the 2651 collective, hailing from Warsaw, Poland puts his darker and more subdued approach to “Somnambulist” with a methodic drone and pounding kick drum intensifying the fullness of the track and reverb heavy claps and echoing snares, most suitable for dark, dungeon like nights in Russia.
